1 - Costs, fees and other expenses incurred by the Insured in establishing the loss.
2 - All Consequential losses.
3 - Costs of defending any legal proceedings.
4 - Loss notified to any insurer prior to the inception of this Policy.
5 - Loss of and/or damage to proprietary information or other confidential information of any kind.
6 - Fraud / dishonesty of a known dishonest employee.
